At Kandy4U, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within Australia, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options. Orders shipped via express shipping typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
- International Shipping: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing times.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150.
- International Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after Friday 12pm will be processed the following business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. International Shipping & Customs
- Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Kandy4U is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- Duties and Taxes: The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Restricted Products: Due to certain restrictions, some products may not be available for shipping to specific locations. If your order contains such items, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kandy4u.com.au. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
